Boat Description
Albemarle 31 Dual Console: Offshore Ride, Overnight Capability
1. General Information
The Albemarle 31 Dual Console is a 10.26 m twin-outboard boat built for comfortable offshore days and, uniquely in its class, genuine overnighting. Its 24-degree deadrise, one-piece construction and good weather protection keep the ride composed when conditions are less than ideal. It suits families and anglers who want a capable day boat that can also host an overnight or a dinner cruise.
2. Construction and Design
The 31DC has a hand-laid solid fibreglass hull with vinylester resin, bonded and mechanically fastened to a moulded one-piece deck and liner on a composite, fibreglass-encapsulated stringer system. An Armstrong custom twin-engine bracket carries the standard twin Yamaha 300 hp outboards, steered by Yamaha Helm Master EX. The uncluttered cockpit and the innovative full-beam "A" Berth are the layout's highlights.
3. Key Features
Full-beam "A" Berth: makes comfortable overnighting possible on a dual console.
Range and storage: a 1,041 L fuel tank, two cockpit fishboxes, a transom livewell and a forward cooler box.
Hardtop package: three-sided enclosure, rod holders, outrigger receivers and LED lighting.
Optional cockpit galley: turns the cockpit into an onboard dining space.
4. Summary
The Albemarle 31 Dual Console pairs a strong deep-V hull with long range and a rare overnight berth. It is an excellent choice for offshore anglers and families who want day-fishing capability with weekend-cruising flexibility.
