Aquila 35 Sport: Big-Boat Fun in a Compact Package

The Aquila 35 Sport is a compact, sociable and spirited power catamaran that carries the bold, SUV-inspired styling of the flagship 45 Sport into a 10.81 m package. Unveiled at the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival, it uses a 4.49 m beam to deliver usable space that the builder compares with a 12–13 m monohull, carrying up to 24 passengers in sheltered waters.

Four social zones run from bow to stern: forward seating for four, a four-seat helm with a low dashboard and 360-degree visibility, an expansive hardtop that doubles as a lounge and launch pad for water toys, and an aft cockpit with power-sliding U-shaped seating, a summer galley and an open transom. Below, a lockable private cabin has a queen berth of about 198 x 188 cm and a private wet head with shower. With 1,500 L of fuel, it is ready for full days out and longer coastal runs.

2. Construction and Design

The 35 Sport is built with a vinylester resin-infused hull, deck and bulkheads finished in NPG white gelcoat and backed by a six-year hull and deck structural warranty. Its double-stepped twin hull delivers rapid acceleration with a smooth, stable and efficient ride, while a large rubbing strake protects the hull-deck joint.

The design focuses on easy movement and social living: power-sliding seating widens the side walkways at the touch of a button, the transom walkthrough hides a slide-out stainless ladder, and the fibreglass hardtop is prepared for optional roof racks and a Makefast shade system. A six-speaker Fusion audio system and C-Zone digital switching add everyday convenience.
