1. General Information

The Aquila 46 Yacht is an elegant, explorer-styled flybridge power catamaran that brings the design language of the 50 Yacht to a more manageable size. Unveiled at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival and winner of the 2026 Yacht Style Awards power catamaran 12–16 m category, it measures 14.36 m overall with an impressive 7.1 m beam. CE Category A certification and capacity for up to 24 passengers make it equally suited to ocean passages and lively day outings.

Owners can choose three, four or five cabins with matching en-suite heads, sleeping up to ten. The standard three-cabin version features a full-beam master with a king-size bed, vanity desk and twin-basin bathroom with a large walk-in rain shower, plus two queen-bed guest cabins. The open-plan salon offers U-shaped seating for eight, a dedicated navigation station and a U-shaped galley with induction hob and household-size fridge, while the flybridge, cockpit and foredeck add three distinct outdoor living zones. Standard fuel capacity is 1,800 L, extendable by an optional 800 L tank.

2. Construction and Design

The hull, deck, bulkheads and reinforcement are resin-infused in vinylester with PVC cores of varying density and no plywood in structural areas or below the waterline. Watertight bulkheads fore and aft, separately moulded breakaway bulbous bows, propeller tunnels, a straight-shaft drive line and sacrificial skegs combine to deliver a seaworthy, efficient and well-protected platform.

Panoramic bonded tempered-glass windows flood the salon with light, while a rear salon window and sliding door open the galley to the cockpit for seamless indoor–outdoor entertaining. Laminate cabinetry with solid wood capping, upholstered ceilings with wood trim, leather-wrapped handrails, memory-foam mattresses and wear-resistant synthetic flooring give the interior a refined yet practical character.
