Boat Description

Bass Cat Pantera: A Legend Reimagined for a New Generation

1. General Information

The Bass Cat Pantera revives one of the most respected names in bass fishing on an all-new platform. Measuring 5.87 metres (19' 3") with a wide 2.39-metre beam, the reimagined Pantera combines a traditional deck layout with the quick, responsive handling Bass Cat is known for, giving anglers more usable space in a compact, easy-to-tow package.

It is aimed at serious anglers who want a capable, manageable bass boat for lakes, rivers and reservoirs, from weekend fishermen to club and regional tournament competitors. The expanded platform provides a stable, efficient place to fish, while an outboard rating of up to 200 hp gives lively performance. A 151-litre (40-gallon) fuel system delivers the range to fish hard from take-off to check-in. As an open bass boat, the Pantera has no cabin; its living space is the deck and cockpit, which has been reconfigured to give more room behind the wheel.

2. Construction and Design

Bass Cat builds the Pantera with a 100% fibreglass hull and a foam-filled stringer system for a solid, rigid ride. The traditional layout pairs twin 2.44-metre rod boxes with deeper rear storage compartments, a large centre tackle compartment and an insulated ice chest built into the front deck step. A divided livewell system with automatic and manual aeration, pump-in/pump-out and recirculation keeps the catch in good condition. The helm features a 5-inch touch-screen gauge display and an interactive digital switch panel with master power and USB at the dash, while Advantage bucket seats, 28-ounce carpet, a butt seat with Pro Pole and a fold-down seat add comfort. Buyers can choose a custom Bass Cat tandem-axle trailer or an EZ Loader trailer.

3. Key Features

Wide 2.39 m beam: The expanded platform gives more room where it matters and a stable base for casting.

151-litre fuel system: Generous capacity for a full day of running between spots.

5-inch touch-screen gauges: A modern digital display and switch panel put key information at the angler's fingertips.

Divided livewell system: Pump-in/pump-out livewells with aeration and recirculation look after the catch until weigh-in.

Expanded storage: Deeper rear lockers, a large centre tackle compartment and a built-in insulated cooler keep gear organised.

4. Summary

The Bass Cat Pantera suits anglers who want genuine Bass Cat quality and performance in a compact, approachable 19-foot boat. It appeals to weekend bass fishermen, club and regional tournament anglers, and owners stepping into the premium brand for the first time. For buyers seeking a stable, well-equipped and easy-to-trailer bass boat with a legendary name, the reimagined Pantera is an attractive choice.
