Her first owner was Frank Puerta, the Cheoy Lee dealer in Marina Del Rey, California.&nbsp;
We believe that she was used as a demonstration boat for the dealership. Her second owner was Lee Wendelbo, also of Marina Del Rey. He maintained the boat well and made many improvements to her as his live aboard. The current owner purchased her in 1979 and has owned her for over forty-one years. The forward head has been enlarged with the enclosure of the forward door and has two dry lockers immediately adjacent. A single berth is starboard with a pilot berth aft of the chart table. The galley is on the port side with four burner propane stove and ice box. The interior was completely redone in 2013. To protect the teak, she comes with full canvas covers for the entire coach roof house, cockpit and toe rails. The teak decks have been refurbished in 2019.
