Boat Description

Crestliner 1750 Fish Hawk: An 18-Foot Aluminium Deep-V Built on the AP-X Hull

1. General Information

The Crestliner 1750 Fish Hawk is a 5.36-metre all-welded aluminium Deep-V fishing boat from Crestliner's best-selling Fish Hawk family, built for walleye, bass, pike, crappie and musky on any water. It is offered as a walk-through with a dual console and wrap-around windshield, or as a side console, both with a jump seat. A deep, secure cockpit, tournament-style seating, a lockable 12-rod locker and twin livewells make it a serious fishing tool, while an optional Sport Package adds a ski pylon, extra seating and a hammock for family days. It is rated for 90 to 150 hp Mercury outboards and seats up to six.

2. Construction and Design

The 1750 rides on Crestliner's AP-X hull, a four-piece all-welded aluminium Deep-V with a recessed pad and dual tracking edges, a variable-degree deadrise of 15 degrees and a full-length welded reverse chine extrusion with spray deflector. Plating is 2.54 mm (0.100-inch) on the bottom, 2.29 mm (0.090-inch) on the sides and 3.18 mm (0.125-inch) on the transom, with a full-length extruded welded keel and a wood-free transom. A 2.44-metre beam, 2.01-metre chine width and 1.04-metre maximum depth give a dry, stable ride. The extruded gunnel carries the SureMount and J-Hook systems, and the hull is finished in baked Armor-Guard paint. Dry weight without an engine is 664 to 737 kg depending on layout.

3. Key Features

AP-X Hull – A recessed pad and dual tracking edges for strong all-water performance.

Lockable Centre Rod Locker – A lit 12-rod locker for rods up to 2.4 m, plus a lockable port organiser for three 2.3 m rods.

Premium Console Design – Room for 12-inch and 10-inch side-by-side electronics, lit push-button switches, USB-C, a phone holder and a lockable storage drawer.

Twin Aerated Livewells – A lit 106-litre stern livewell with recirculation and a 45-litre bow livewell, both with timers.

36V-Ready Storage – Trolling motor battery and charger storage under the rod locker, plus bow, foredeck and cockpit compartments.

4. Summary

The Crestliner 1750 Fish Hawk suits anglers who want a capable, comfortable Deep-V that handles rough water and still tows easily. Its AP-X hull, generous rod and livewell capacity and walk-through layout make it a strong all-rounder for multispecies fishing and family time.
