Crestliner 1750 Pro Tiller: A Versatile Aluminum Multi-Species Fishing Boat
The Crestliner 1750 Pro Tiller is a 17'6" aluminum tiller boat for anglers who want to steer by hand, fish from a stable platform and have plenty of storage in a boat they can tow. It has a 7'10" beam and weighs about 1,275 lb dry, so it’s easy to tow, launch and handle on lakes, rivers and reservoirs. It suits walleye, bass and panfish alike.
Welded Hull Construction and Ride
The hull is welded from four aluminum panels, with a full-length extruded keel and welded reverse chines with spray deflectors. A 12-degree deadrise at the transom keeps the boat steady at rest and helps it get on plane quickly. Baked Armor-Guard paint and a wood-free transom help it last. It is rated for tiller outboards up to 90 hp and carries 27 gallons of fuel.
Tiller Control and Fishing Layout
The advanced tiller handle and command console keep everything within reach. The console has lockable storage, a pull-out tray for electronics, a 12V outlet and gauges. Two deluxe pedestal seats fit into six floor bases, so you can rearrange the cockpit for casting, trolling or jigging. The extruded gunwales use the SureMount and J-Hook systems, which make it easy to mount rod holders and other accessories.
Livewells and Rod Storage
Three aerated wells keep fish and bait alive:
- a 12-gallon livewell in the bow
- a 15-gallon livewell in the stern, with a timer and divider
- a 2.75-gallon baitwell
A lockable, lighted center rod locker holds ten rods up to 7' long, and a starboard locker takes rods up to 8'. There is more storage in the bow and stern compartments, a foredeck cubby and a 24V-ready bay for the trolling motor battery and charger.
