Boat Description
Crestliner 1750 Super Hawk: The All-in-One Fish-and-Ski Champion
1. General Information
The Crestliner 1750 Super Hawk Walk-Through JS is a versatile, hard-working aluminium fish-and-ski boat for anglers who also want to keep the whole family entertained. At 5.41 m overall with a generous 2.39 m beam, this deep-V runabout offers a stable, spacious cockpit, seating for up to seven people and a maximum rating of 175 hp. It is equally at home on an early-morning fishing trip and on an afternoon of tubing or waterskiing. Large bow and stern casting decks give plenty of room to fish, while the walk-through layout with stern jump seats makes it easy to move around and to reboard from the water.
It is an excellent choice for freshwater anglers, lake-house families and anyone who wants one trailerable boat that does everything well. As an open day boat it has no cabin, galley or saloon: the living space is a well-organised cockpit with dry storage, drink holders and a lockable glove box. The 106 L fuel tank gives a comfortable range for a full day on the lake.
2. Construction and Design
The 1750 Super Hawk is built around Crestliner's AP-X hull, a four-piece, all-welded aluminium hull with a variable-degree deadrise (15 degrees) and a full-length welded reverse chine with spray deflector. The result is faster planing, tighter tracking and a drier, more confident ride in all types of water. The plating is 2.54 mm on the bottom, 2.29 mm on the sides and 3.18 mm on the transom, finished with baked Armor-Guard paint. The transom is wood-free, so there is nothing to rot.
Above the waterline the cockpit is practical and comfortable. A premium console carries chrome gauges, lit rocker switches, a USB-C outlet, a throw tray, a phone charger and a tool holder, with plenty of room for electronics. Padded deluxe pedestal seats, a wrap-around windscreen and removable SureMount gunnel brackets complete a layout designed for long days on the water.
3. Key Features
Conversion bow and stern seating: the casting decks turn into extra seating in seconds, so the boat changes from fishing platform to family cruiser.
Dual aerated livewells: a 49 L stern livewell and a 38 L port bow livewell keep the day's catch fresh.
Rod and ski pylon locker: a lockable, raised centre locker holds up to four 2.3 m rods and doubles as the ski pylon.
Premium console: chrome gauges, lit rocker switches, USB-C outlet and a tool holder keep everything within easy reach.
SureMount gunnel system: removable aluminium brackets let you position accessories exactly where you need them without drilling.
4. Summary
The Crestliner 1750 Super Hawk Walk-Through JS suits owners who refuse to choose between fishing and family fun. It appeals to freshwater anglers with children, lake-house owners and active families who want a durable, easily trailered aluminium boat with serious fishing features, real watersports ability and room for seven. Its all-welded AP-X hull, thoughtful storage and quick-change seating make it a practical, long-lasting, all-round choice.
