1. General Information

Launched for the 2025 model year, the Crestliner 2050 Fish Hawk is the 6.25-metre flagship of Crestliner's best-selling Fish Hawk family and a true big-water all-welded aluminium Deep-V. It pairs the AP-X hull with a walk-through dual console, huge rod and tackle storage, twin aerated livewells and seating for up to eight, making it a serious platform for walleye, salmon, musky and other game fish on large lakes. The helm takes two 12-inch gimbal-mounted displays, and options such as the Raptor Edition and Sport Package broaden its appeal. It is rated for 200 to 300 hp Mercury outboards.

2. Construction and Design

The AP-X hull is a four-piece all-welded aluminium Deep-V with a recessed pad and dual tracking edges, a variable-degree deadrise of 17 degrees, a full-length extruded welded keel and a full-length welded reverse chine extrusion with spray deflector. Plating is 3.18 mm (0.125-inch) on the bottom and transom and 2.54 mm (0.100-inch) on the sides, with a wood-free transom. A 2.59-metre beam, 2.18-metre chine width and 1.04-metre maximum depth give a stable, dry ride in rough water. The extruded gunnel carries the SureMount and J-Hook systems, hydraulic tilt steering is standard, and the hull is finished in baked Armor-Guard paint.
