1. General Information

The 270 SS Surf is the surf and wake version of Crownline's 270 SS bowrider, built on the same 8.00 m hull. It pairs a spacious U-shaped cockpit and an enclosed head with a forward-facing drive, heavy ballast and wake-shaping tabs, so one boat can handle a relaxed family day and a serious surf session.

2. Construction and Design

The fibreglass hull runs a 19° deadrise with a 2.59 m beam and a 100% composite transom rated up to 430 hp. The forward-facing drive keeps the propellers under the hull and away from riders, and an electric engine hatch makes servicing easy. A deluxe aluminium wakeboard tower with sun top, U-wrap cockpit seating with filler cushions and a bow lounge with flip-down arm rests complete the layout, while the console houses a head with granite-topped vanity and opening portlight.
