1. General Information

The Crownline E290 XS is an 8.48 m outboard bowrider in the Eclipse EXS Series, measuring 9.22 m with the engine fitted. It combines the F.A.S.T. Tab® hull performance and sporty lines of a Crownline bowrider with the open, sociable space of a deck boat, adding a J-shaped cockpit, generous storage and a fully appointed enclosed head.

2. Construction and Design

The fibreglass hull runs a 20° deadrise with a 2.59 m beam and a 100% composite transom rated up to 400 hp. A deluxe aluminium wakeboard tower with sun top is standard, and an electric aft sun lounge with dual actuators sits above the swim platform. A flush-fit walk-through door closes off the bow, while the console houses a head with Porta Potti and pump-out, a granite-topped vanity with vessel sink, a mirror and an opening portlight.

3. Key Features

Power: A Mercury V10 350 Verado with Digital Throttle and Shift and hydraulic steering as standard, with options up to 400 hp.

Helm: A Garmin 7" touchscreen with LakeVü G3 and BlueChart G3 charts, Gen 2 flip-up bucket seats with fingertip slide and swivel, and a phone holder with wireless charging and USB-C.

Electrical: Upgraded AGM batteries, a battery charger, a battery management panel with VSR charging and a cockpit inverter.

Comfort and audio: A snap-in woven cockpit mat, a portable side-mount table, an undermount cockpit drawer and a Wet Sounds premium stereo with eight speakers, including two on the social swim platform.

Trailer: An aluminium trailer with Dexter torsion axles and brakes comes as standard.
