<p>The transom is completely closed when the bathing platform is folded up. Folded down, with a wireless remote control, there is an enormous swim platform.<br>There is an elegant sundeck lowered into the coachroof of the aft cabin. This sundeck is completely free from winches, tracks, clutches or vents, even the deckhatch is flush mounted with the teak. The Hallberg-Rassy 54 was built in 44 units from 2006 until 2012, when the updated Hallberg-Rassy 55 was introduced. The 55 was built from 2012-2017.</p><p>The dorade vents are of a new and innovative type with light balls, which automatically float up and close the vents if too much water is taken on the deck. As soon as the water flows away, the balls sink and open the vent again. Her graceful lines are impressive. You wish you could leave the dock immediately and never come back again, just go sailing, sailing, sailing.</p><p>The step to climb into the cockpit is a new design allowing easy access into the cockpit. When seated in the cockpit one immediately takes notice of the increased comfort with better angling of the backrest. The teak in the cockpit is flush mounted with the gelcoat. This not only looks good, it is easier to keep clean as well. The cockpit locker lid has a gas spring, making the lid almost weightless. The sliding entrance hatch is in plexi glass which allows light into the boat and the grabrail of the sliding hatch is of high gloss varnished teak as are the generous exterior chart tables.</p><p>The entrance ladder has a completely new, more rounded design with substantial and elegant grab rails. The armchairs to port have a new design with a more stylish colour combination and greater comfort. The saloon is wide, bright and airy. The mast support has a rounder shape. All horizontal fiddles are wide and milled out on the inside creating good handhold everywhere in the yacht. All locker doors have hidden stainless hinges, which also work as an end stopper. The drawers close automatically and quietly. The doorframes have a new design. The 20 inch flat screen TV concealed between the armchairs is controlled up and down at the push of a button. Even the wooden lid over the TV opens and closes automatically.&nbsp;</p><p>The floor is in one level throughout the boat. This provides easy movement throughout the boat even in choppy seas. Most Hallberg-Rassy yachts are sailed by one or two couples. Only occasionally is there a need for a third cabin. With this in mind, Hallberg-Rassy have developed a new alternative layout forward of the mast; the Supercabin. That means there are two high priority double cabins and one more two-berth cabin in the front for occasional use. Apart from the comfortable aft cabin there is now also a very generous cabin in front of the mast with a double berth and lots of elbow space. The V-cabin in front is still there and the actual berths are not smaller than they normally are but the hanging locker and the floor area of the V-cabin has been reduced in favour for the super cabin forward of the mast.</p><p>On this boat the well-equipped galley is located on the port side and has a great worktop area in Corian. There is a freezer, a top opening fridge and a front opening fridge. The dishwasher is well hidden by a locker door. The deep double sinks are glued and screwed from the underside making it easy to keep the worktop clean. The microwave in stainless steel is of an elegant design.</p>

<p>The all-new Hallberg-Rassy 40C moves the limits for what is possible to achieve in a yacht up to 40 ft. When the Hallberg-Rassy 44 was introduced, it was a bold step forward in terms of both interior comfort, sailing performance and looks. The new 40C is equivalent when it comes to saloon, aft cabin and galley. Combined with a cockpit that has exactly the same measurements as on the 44, and fantastic sailing performance and the success is assured.</p><p>There are two galley choices: Large or enormous. With the option of the enormous, you get both increased work top area, increased galley storage and an additional, front opening, fridge. With this galley, it is also possible to add&nbsp;a dish washer and a micro wave. If you go for the second largest galley, you get increased cockpit locker space. Both galleys are seagoing and do not interfere with the passage through to the aft cabin.</p><p>Also in the aft cabin there are two different options: Standard is two separate berths, of which one is double and one single. In-between there is a comfortable seat. As an option there is a wide center line berth available, with settee to port and make up table to starboard. This version can also easily be combined with a stern thruster, which makes it possible to push the boat against the dock, even if the wind is pushing the boat in the opposite direction. In both aft cabin versions there are two well sized aft deck lockers.</p><p>The interior has a lot of volume and is bright and airy, with large portlights for generous natural light. There are also lots of indirect led lights, many ventilation facilities and the interior is spacious and roomy. There are six hull portlights, of larger size than the 40 Mk II and 412 and of the same size as on the 44, 57 and 64.</p><p>The exterior unites two worlds in an elegant way. There is no doubt that this is a contemporary boat from 2020. At the same time it is also obvious for any sailor that this is a true Hallberg-Rassy with everything it means, such as brand identity, security and continuity. The bow is upright for long sailing waterline and top sailing performance, with an integral and elegant bowsprit for a light wind sail, anchoring and a bow ladder. The sheer line is classy and elegant. Also the transom is upright and very full. This gives lots of living space, huge storage and a long sailing waterline. Of course the boat has twin rudders for full sailing control and safety. Needless to say, there are typical Hallberg-Rassy solutions, such as: Very well sheltered cockpit. An integral and protective rub rail. A heavy lead keel with low center of gravity on a deep bilge for tough conditions. A proper bulwark with teak toe rail so that rain water is drained below the water line, avoiding staining the hull.</p><p>This new model may be ordered either with the traditional wind screen with foldable sprayhood, or a robust hardtop dodger. Both solutions have windows in tempered glass, an opening midsection, and handles on the sides. The hardtop offers outstanding protection from the elements, both cold and sun. This hardtop has an extensive service life and also offers good sound insulation when sailing in rough weather. The cockpit is as big as the generous cockpit on the 44. The helmsman’s position is slightly elevated, keeping with good all-around coaming protection and giving both good forward visibility and valuable extra headroom in the aft cabin. The cockpit coamings are wide, an advantage both for sitting there and for the interior volume. There are hidden control lines to a winch in the starboard side cockpit coaming. The steering pedestal has lots of space for chart plotter and control buttons, making push button sailing an effortless solution to handle the boat with minimum crew. The step into or out of the cockpit is easy with a step that is also a space to hide a motor for an electric headsail winch, without interfering with&nbsp;the interior space.</p>

<p>This streamlined 50-metre all aluminium yacht, with exterior lines by Frank Laupman from Omega Architects, is the third in the 5000 Aluminium class and sister ship to the multi-award winning Satori and Ice Angel. However, the layout of Ventura is completely different from her sister vessels. The owners chose to have two suites: a romantic one with panoramic 280 degree views on the bridge deck aft and a second "passage suite" which will be more practical when under way, traditionally located forward on the main deck.</p><p>The owners chose a custom dark metallic gray for the hull and a light metallic grey for the superstructure. This innovative colour scheme gives Ventura a very elegant and distinctive look.</p><p>Acclaimed Italian designer Francesco Paszkowski created the sophisticated minimalistic interior décor. The richly patterned polished ebony parquet floor contrasts with whitened oak panelling further enhancing this very chic environment. In total twelve guests are accommodated in six suites. As well as the two master suites, on the lower deck there’s a full-beam VIP suite plus one twin and two double suites.</p>

The Nordhavn 63 is yet another iteration of one of our most proven hull forms, the Nordhavn 55 became one of the most popular, and one of the most tested models we’ve produced. We designed the 60-foot version of the N55 platform to meet owners’ demands for increased space.
The 63 is actually an aft wheelhouse version of the N60 and its extended cockpit and boat deck. Looks-wise, however, the model retains the same salty feel that popularized the Nordhavn 62. For those who love the N62 but have a width restriction at their slip, the N63 may be the perfect choice with its 18-foot beam. One of P.A.E.’s greatest qualities is the ability of our Chief of Design, Jeff Leishman, and his engineering staff to continually conceive, design and introduce exciting models.&nbsp;While the 63 shares the same hull as the N55/60 designs, an entire new deck and engine room mold have been created for it, providing increased interior volume and added amenities.&nbsp;For instance, just forward of the engine room door on the 55/60 sits the utility room with washer/dryer and freezer. On the 63, this area has been expanded to also include a crew quarters to port with fixed berth and pipe berth at the forward end. Another layout change is the centerline guest stateroom and four large opening port lights, both of which come standard.

<p></p><p>Built on the exclusive F.A.S.T. Tab platform, the 320 LS comes with an array of standard features. Double walk-thru from transom to cockpit, midship sleeping cabin with a port light and privacy screen. Just forward of the helm is an enclosed head with a fresh water shower, a sink, vanity and Vacu-Flush toilet. A few of the value-added extras include a flip-up double seat at the helm, an aft bench which converts to a sunbed, a premium stereo system and much more. The boat was completely refurbished in 2018. One motor was rebuilt the other one was replaced. I have all the paperwork for it. The only reason I'm becoming this gorgeous boat is because I don't get enough use out of it. I do construction summer is my busy season. I hate having this boat sit there and not being enjoyed like it should. Plenty of room to entertain lots of power for fun on the water. Boat also comes with a custom made venture aluminum trailer that was bought in 2018 when the boat was refurbished.&nbsp;</p><p></p>

<p></p><p style="text-align:justify"><strong>The Ocean Alexander 48 Classico, Ed Monk Jr. NA design</strong>, is the hard-to-find aft cabin long distance cruiser. With the twin 240 hp Yanmar diesel engines she has "long legs" for miserly cruising distance and a bow thruster for easy handling.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">The large fully enclosed flybridge has an L-Shaped dinette and twin helm seats, providing comfort in all weather conditions.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">This twin-cabin model, each with head and separate shower, has an aft cabin with walkaround queen berth providing long term liveaboard comfort. There are many upgrades from washer/dryer to salon ice maker to name a few.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">She has already leisurely completed the "Great Circle Loop" and is now home in the Gulf.</p>

<p></p><p style="text-align:justify">Enter the main salon amidships thru either the port or starboard doors.&nbsp; You will immediately notice the luxurious feel of the OA custom teak cabinetry, the optional teak and holly sole (thru-out the vessel), and optional upgrade luxury package including Ultra leather, fabrics, granite counter tops, and much more.&nbsp; Many large windows provide natural light and some open for ventilation.&nbsp; The salon features L-shaped settee to starboard with a custom hi-lo table and hassock seating, even an ULine refrigerator/ice maker under helm seat, the optional custom built OA entertainment cabinetry to port with teak counter, LCD TV, DVD/Stereo system, and lots of storage.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">Forward starboard is the inside helm station with pilot seat next to pilothouse door for quick egress, the teak dash wood helm wheel, Raymarmarine 80 Chart plotter,&nbsp; engine gauges, ZF electronic engine controls (both helms), bow thruster control (both helms), Tank Tender gauge, just inboard is the electrical panel with circuit breakers, both 12v and 110v, meters, generator start control and gauges.</p>
