From the dreamy waters of Desolation Sound to the innovative shipyards of Shekou, China, Northwest Yachts has charted a course through challenging seas and emerged as a leader in the crafting of exceptional trawlers and expedition yachts. With a heritage steeped in maritime passion and a visionary approach to yacht design and manufacturing, Northwest Yachts has redefined what it means to embark on the open waters with confidence, style, and unparalleled safety.
The inception of Northwest Yachts, rooted in a vision during a tempestuous sail, has transformed into a legacy of producing state-of-the-art trawlers and yachts. Transitioning from sail to power, founders embarked on a quest to offer vessels that blend luxury, safety, and innovation, leading to the creation of models that cater to the most discerning mariners.
Collaborating with industry luminaries like Steve Seaton and employing advanced construction materials like Kevlar-reinforced semi-displacement FRP hulls and steel for ocean-crossing capabilities, Northwest Yachts prioritizes the '3 R approach'—the Right hull form, built out of the Right materials, for the Right application. From the drawing board to the open sea, each yacht is a testament to quality craftsmanship and visionary design.
With a range from 52 to 75 feet, the current lineup includes under-construction marvels like the Northwest 55 and Northwest 63. Northwest Yachts continues to innovate, ensuring each vessel is not just a mode of transportation but a home upon the waves, promising safety, luxury, and adventure for those who dare to dream big.
With an unwavering commitment to excellence and a forward-looking vision, Northwest Yachts remains dedicated to crafting vessels that aren't just boats but beacons of exploration and freedom on the open sea.
