Boat Description

Bahama 35: Big-Water Confidence in a Balanced Package

1. General Information

Introduced in 2024, the Bahama 35 brings the design DNA of the larger Bahama models into a more nimble, versatile size. At 10.72 m overall with a 3.20 m beam, she is a genuine deep-water fishing machine that is equally happy chasing sailfish offshore or island-hopping with family and friends. A shallow 0.71 m draft keeps flats, inlets and sandbars within easy reach.

Around 1,514 L of fuel and twin or triple Mercury Verado outboards give her the speed to get offshore quickly and the reach to stay out all day. As an open fishing boat she has no cabins, but the console houses a freshwater head, and an extended console lounge with armrests adds comfortable seating forward. A 50-inch TackleMaster helm seat with drawers and integrated rod holders keeps tackle organised where the skipper needs it.

2. Construction and Design

The 35 is laid up in fibreglass to the same uncompromising standards as the rest of the fleet. She carries 6 mm zinc-chromate-coated aluminium fuel tanks, stainless hawse pipes and cleats, a heavy-duty rubbing strake with stainless insert, and hatches sealed with double O-rings and compression latches to keep gear dry. Careful wiring, plumbing and structural reinforcement underline the brand's attention to detail.

ZipWake trim tabs and Mercury joystick and electric steering make her responsive offshore and easy to manoeuvre at the dock. The Bahama Signature hardtop provides shade, LED spreader lights and a moulded electronics box, while options such as an SK3 SeaKeeper, outriggers, a windlass and premium upholstery allow each boat to be tailored to its owner.

3. Key Features

TackleMaster helm seat: A 50-inch helm seat with rod holders, cup holders, footrest, tackle storage and drawers keeps the helm tidy and practical.

Flexible power: Twin or triple 300 hp V8 Verados, or twin 400 or 425 hp V10s, let owners balance economy and speed.

Joystick-assisted handling: Mercury joystick control and ZipWake tabs make docking simple and keep the boat level and efficient at speed.

Fishing essentials: Twin tournament livewell pumps, fresh and raw-water hose reels and flush stainless rod holders are standard.

4. Summary

The Bahama 35 suits anglers and families who want genuine Bahama ride quality and craftsmanship in a more manageable, economical size. She meets the need for a fast, sea-kindly offshore fishing boat that is just as comfortable for a day on the water with guests, and appeals to buyers seeking a premium alternative to production centre consoles in the 10–11 m class.
