It is crowned with a molten heart of dark chocolate, inviting a sensation of pure indulgence into your morning ritual. Let each spoonful be a gentle kiss of nature's bounty.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of puffed quinoa seeds
  • ½ cup pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons of white raisins
  • 4 dried apricots
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • Chocolate with 72% cocoa
  • 1 tangerine, halved or sectioned
  • Honey, as desired

Preparation
